		<description>Thanks, Wayne.  My favorite film is Judgment at Nuremberg, and the defense counsel, defending Nazi judges, makes a very strong logical case.  At the end, the lead judge tells him, &quot;You were particularly brilliant in your use of logic;  but to be logical is not to be right.&quot;  I&#039;m hoping whatever judge this ends up before thinks about what is both right and logical.

When dealing with the pro-choice group as a whole and organizations such as ACLU, we have become a society of &quot;your ideas are okay as long as they are just like mine.&quot; I certainly hope you are correct in your legal analysis and ACLU really doesn&#039;t have a leg to stand on, but given a decision last year which forced Catholic Adoption Agencies to give children to homosexual couples (and thereby forced them to close their doors), I don&#039;t have a great deal of hope that this case will be dropped.</description>
